Anugraha Bakshi sits on the Board of Directors of the Bhakta School of Transformation and also volunteers as a staff teacher and program leader for Nityananda Shaktipat Yoga.
“I am honored and humbled to offer my service as a teacher for Nityananda Shaktipat Yoga. I am extremely grateful to have crossed paths with and received so much from an authentic Sadguru in Shri Kedarji. Teaching is a way I can spread the Love, Grace, and Wisdom I have so abundantly received from Sadguru Kedarji and the path of Nityananda Shaktipat Yoga, to all who are seeking or need it.
Teaching keeps me accountable to my own daily spiritual practices of meditation, chanting, contemplation, selfless service and the study of sacred scriptures. It is truly a blessing to share these practices with others, while deepening my own experience of myself as Pure Joy of Being. Over the last 20 years on this path, I have witnessed myself transform into a person who has less fear, anxiety, and depression, and greater joy, intuition, and peace of mind, all due to remaining engaged in the practices of Nityananda Shaktipat Yoga. It is a privilege to share my experiences and connect with other people to help lovingly support them in their own transformation.”
